The present invention relates to a device and method for determining operating conditions of a biological reactor, receives input of n experimental data sets, models the biological reactor using the n experimental data sets, and constructs a biological reactor model. Then, the optimum operating conditions according to the operating method of the biological reactor are determined using the biological reactor model.
